  I've given this location so many chances. They always never have anything in stock. Never take orders properly at the drive-thru. I ordered a large iced coffee and received a medium. Flavour shot wasn't available. Asked for loaded wedges and received a box of dry ass wedges. Last, I asked for a bagel BELT and got a bagel with bacon, no lettuce, no egg, no tomato. Smh.

  Always slow...Always a wait. Irritating as hell....All the Timmies in South end of brampton have the worst delays every time....no joke. I suspect the same person owns several of them here. Dark roast is ALWAYS watered down!!!!!!!!

  Asked a choco chill and two boston creams, choco chill came with vanilla cream instead of chocolate. The cashier snubbed and said take your money back. They would not refund the money back as paid by credit card, said take cash or we cannot do anything. Worst customer service at any Tims

  So first things first they are always out of stock. One day I came in and asked for wedges they didn't have it, some days later asked for breakfast wrap it wasn't ready. The best thing happened yesterday when I was here and screamed for a good 5 mins but guess what a girl who saw me was on break so just looked and me and was like someone will help u. After approximately 5 mins more a woman just came and take my order. That was 10 mins of my life well spent -_-
