  The pizza is good. However, they have a very bad habit of short-changing you on cheese and soppressata salami. Last night, I ordered two large pies off the menu with no substitutions and had a pizza that was overflowing with toppings and cheese. However, the party pizzas which were ordered was a simple cheese and sopressata one and each individual square slice got a 1/4 bacon slice sliver (.750" by 2") on it with clearly little cheese (to the point that it was bleeding tomato sauce) The point is that I don't have this issue on the rare occasions I order from the Sandalwood or Howden location--the only caveat is that they are not my local store and it's a 20 minute or more drive for me to get to them. I really like Pizzaville but man...somebody at this store needs to take this to heart. Your pizzas are not cheap. We pay good money for a good product but don't nickel and dime customers who show you loyalty and are willing to pay above average for good pizza. If Pizza Nova was closer, I'd probably give them a shout.
