  Staff were helpful and friendly. The manager goes around and pass out red packets (its Chinese New Year). I thought that is a very good thing to do. No rushing us in any way nor pester us for drinks, although we drank, always and as usual. I can see other tables not ordering any drinks and yet the staff religiously top up the glass with iced water. We were there because of the crab festive and enjoy it very much. One thing I thought was really cool is the return of handling you a warm hand towel when you first arrived and sat down and then gave you another one when you are done with the dinner. Kind of brought back the good old days when the airlines used to do the same too when you fly. That seems like history. This was my first revisit after many years, I think they are doing a good job. Selection of food was also good. No complains, will return again very soon.

  At the Mandarin the employees are very welcoming! There are many animals, such as birds, and fishes that swim/ fly in the area given to them. Each room has it's own animal and design to compliment them, it is beautiful to watch them go around, especially if you have young kids. Sure it is pricey, but the food is very good, especially the salmon and the crab. The best thing about the Mandarin is that it's a buffet, you can go back as many times as you wish per visit. There are appetizers, main courses, sushi, deserts, and ice cream, their newest feature is the cotton candy and the frozen yogurt, they change the flavours of the frozen yogurt often.The food is absolutely delicious! My family and I go there all the time and we are always satisfied!

  Very busy, party for one when it was busy time took me about 20 mins for a seat. It was worth the wait if you love crab legs. They keep everything stock even the crab legs. This place it better then the other one down the street but it definitely pricey here. With my beer I left 50 bucks and had to walk out b4 I over eat!

  The experience was awesome. Servers were excellent and made sure that we had everything we needed. The good was delicious and there was always plenty to choose from. Will be making a return visit.

  This is a huge restaurant and the decor/ambiance is very attractive. There are wall size fish tanks, a bird room - live birds - etc. The service is top-notch but in the end, you go there to eat, not look at swimming fish or parrots. Generally, Chinese food buffets are just so, so; as if all the foods were cooked in the same wok! The food here was exceptional and worth the value of eating out. We'll be back many times.
