I went to the restaurant today evening with my family. The food and service were excellent. I wanted to give my comments to the supervisor and hence asked the cashiers whether I could meet the supervisor or manager. The cashiers said no supervisor or manager was available at that time. It was a great surprise to me!. no supervisor or manager yet they do good service but serve liquor. another suggestion, is to improve the payment. no payment at tables were allowed and there is always queue to pay at the cashier counter. Only one cashier available for diners and the persons who " takeout", this can be improved for better customer satisfaction. I would strongly recommend this outlet to anyone.
