  This location used to make the best pizza I ever had I used to go almost every day but then they got a new manager and the pizza didn't taste as good after that :(

  Went to the location at Torbram and Queen St in Brampton ON. Lunch walk in and asked for a 10inch panzo. I also asked for 3 vegie toppings: mushrooms, tomatoes and green peppers. Gentleman said he did not have any mushrooms left so I asked for another topping instead. After 10 mins waiting for the panzo to bake, a lady cashed me out. At the register I noticed the man who took my order making a new pizza and he was adding mushrooms as a topping. That really upset me. Who lies about running out of toppings? Someone who is clearly cutting corners and cost. Now that I lost his trust, I decided I would measure the panzo as it appeared smaller than 10inches. When completed, the panzo was 8" in length. 2 inches short. Thats 80% of what I paid for. This is the problem with franchise business, quality varies on location. Do they think we are stupid? I will tell all of my colleaues here who go out for lunch. Cheap scumbags nickling a diming paying customers. Do not support poor business practices like these.

  I could not tell the difference between the pizza and the cardboard box it came in. Both had the same taste and texture.
