  I personally felt that the funnel cake was smaller than it appeared in the ad within the store. Let us now focus on a more important subject....The Sea Urchin! Sea urchins archaically called sea hedgehogs, are small, spiny, globular animals that, with their close kin, such as sand dollars, constitute the class Echinoidea of the echinoderm phylum. About 950 species of echinoids inhabit all oceans from the intertidal to 5,000 metres (2,700 fathoms) deep. The shell, or "test", of sea urchins is round and spiny, typically from 3 to 10 cm across. Common colors include black and dull shades of green, olive, brown, purple, blue, and red. Sea urchins move slowly, feeding primarily on algae. Sea otters, starfish, wolf eels, triggerfish, and other predators hunt and feed on sea urchins. Their roe is a delicacy in many cuisines. The name "urchin" is an old word for hedgehog, which sea urchins resemble.

  The worst Dairy Queen in the GTA. They have kids running the place with no adult supervision. Went to order a cake and they didnt know what to do. They told me to wait until they cleared the line(after I waited in line and it was my trun to be served). waited 30 mins. Watching them mess up orders again and again. Best part it was hot in the store. I left with no cake. They didn't know what they were doing and just trying to stalling. I blame management since it was obvious the kids were not trained.

  Was in on a Thursday evening and bought my son's birthday cakes and blizzards. The staff working there were so nice! A good group of people. The girl who did the writing on the cake was the best I ever had at any bakery or establishment. She used two colours and doubled the writing. It looks so beautiful! The person who served me at the cash was so nice and patient as I was choosing all the blizzards and what other desserts I was purchasing. Great customer service. : )

  The store is clean and obviously their ice cream is the best. However, I'm not happy with the cakes I've ordered in the past. I don't know if I'm the only one that has dealt with this. But, 2-3 years ago my aunt ordered cake for her son's birthday and wanted his picture on it. However, when we arrived to pick up the cake, there was no picture on it. The girls were telling me how their printer wasn't working. And I literally called two hours before to check if the cake was ready.However, no one told me anything about the picture. Like, we could have made better arrangements. Though, we did get our $10 back but that doesn't change the fact that there was no picture on the cake. My aunt and I were extremely disappointed. And a few months ago, I had a friend that ordered a cake for her brother. And she also wanted a picture of her brother on it and the same exact thing happened. This week I ordered a cake online for my sister's birthday with a picture uploaded online. And I called in to see if my cake had a picture on it or not.And the guy told me that there was no such order placed online when I clearly did place an order. Luckily, this guy was nice enough to be honest with me. The rest of the staff in this location are careless and could be rude at times. All I can say is that if you want a cake with a picture on it,do NOT rely on this location to do that for you. I have had a bad experience with them three times! Like I said, they're location is okay to go eat ice cream or pick up a random ice cream cake. But do NOT come here for the picture cakes or any special customized cake, because the staff is careless.
